Terms of service
Gondolier is operated by Laputa Cloud Co ("we", "us"). These terms cover the account, billing, and usage terms for the hosted merge queue at gondolier.dev. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Gondolier stages, gates, and lands pull requests for Forgejo and Gitea repositories you connect. It runs against forge credentials you provide; you're responsible for scoping that credential appropriately and for the repositories you connect.
Plans and billing
- Free, Pro, and Team plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Pro and Team are metered: the flat monthly price plus usage beyond the included allowance.
- Pro includes a 14-day trial from first subscribing. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; we don't offer refunds for the unused portion of the current period.
- A failed payment moves your account to Free-tier limits until payment succeeds — it does not delete your data or configuration.
Account responsibilities
- Keep your forge credentials scoped to what Gondolier needs, and rotate them if you suspect they were exposed.
- Don't use the service to circumvent a forge's own rate limits, abuse another tenant's repositories, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse, non-payment beyond a reasonable grace period, or activity that threatens the service for other tenants. You can close your account at any time by contacting gondolier@laputacloudco.com.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product changes and update the effective date above when we do. Material changes to billing terms will be communicated to active subscribers before they take effect.
These terms cover the operational behavior of the product — billing, trial, cancellation, account responsibilities, and termination. They do not yet include broader legal terms such as liability limitation, warranty disclaimers, or a governing-law clause; those are pending legal review. If that gap matters for your use of the service, contact us before relying on it for anything business-critical.
