Current API status and merge queue monitoring coverage.

• 2026-09-07
  Queue stopped because saved state was stale
  One queue could not advance after it restored old saved state. We restored the queue from current repository state. The current queue health check reports progressing queues.
• 2026-09-06
  Queue stopped because saved test state was incomplete
  A saved test result did not have the data needed to continue. The queue stopped until we fixed the saved-state format. The current queue health check reports progressing queues.
• 2026-08-12
  Dashboard reported zero activity
  Dashboard activity and merge statistics reported zero because audit log reads and writes did not match the production schema. Batch state could also report staging without queue progress.
